About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
March’s session falls on International Women’s Day. Anyone who is neurodivergent and identifies as female is warmly invited to join us as we celebrate creativity, connection, and the incredible diversity of women in our community. Art knows no boundaries, and neither do we, come along to share, create, and appreciate the many voices and perspectives that make our creative community so special.
The session will focus on: Colour as Regulation
Exploring how intentional use of colour impacts mood. Together we'll be creating abstract colour panels representing different emotional and energy states.
