Neurodivergent Winter Ramble

Join us for a gentle ND-friendly Winter Walk on Sunday 14th December 2025, 10–12 noon in the beautiful Forest of Dean.

This isn’t a power-walk or a forced jolly. It’s a slow, spacious wander for ADHD and neurodivergent adults and families to connect, decompress, and enjoy being outdoors without any pressure to mask or perform. Expect fresh air, low-demand conversation, and plenty of moments to simply exist among the trees.

We can also do a little light foraging along the way, nothing complicated, just collecting natural bits and pieces to use in our Wreath Making Session at The Wilson Gallery & Museum on Wednesday 17th, 6–8pm. Moss, twigs, winter greens, interesting textures… whatever catches your eye.

Come for community, calm, creativity, or just because winter woodland is good for the soul.
