About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In February's session we will be exploring Knowing What I Need: Interoception, sensory awareness and self-knowledge.
Focus: Noticing and responding to internal and sensory cues
Creative practice prompts: Body mapping, texture, colour, shape, sensory materials, simple mapping or visual choice-making.
