About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In January's session we will be exploring Following the Thread: Attention, focus, getting started and returning to something.
Focus: Exploring what supports initiation, concentration and returning to a task
Creative practice prompts: Thread, weaving, continuous-line drawing, repeated construction, modular making or simple sequential processes.
