About the event

Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.

All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.

In December's session we will be exploring Getting It Out: Emotional processing without relying on words

Focus: Using creative activity as an external place for thoughts and feelings

Creative practice prompts: Expressive colour, collage, clay, intuitive mark-making or layered mixed media.
