About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In November's session we will be exploring Making Space: Overwhelm, sensory load and pause.
Focus: Identifying ways to reduce input and deliberately create breathing room
Creative practice prompts: Slow stitching, simple weaving, wrapping, folding, textile work or another process with deliberate pauses.
