About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In October's session we will be exploring Finding Your Rhythm. Regulation, pace and repetition.
Focus: Recognising noticing our own rhythms by using repeated actions that support regulation.
Creative practice prompts: Repetitive mark-making, pattern, simple rhythmic drawing, printing or gentle sound/rhythm-based making.
