About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In June's session we will be exploring: Sensory Grounding
Using tactile input to reduce anxiety. We'll create small collaged works of art with nature textures and objects stitched or glued onto fabric.
