About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In April's session we will be exploring: Repetition & Rhythm
Using repetitive movement for calming the nervous system, slow stitching, weaving, or repetitive mark-making.
