This month we are making Christmas.

Creating wreaths together is a low-pressure way to practise adaptive thinking, sensory grounding, and imaginative problem-solving. The process trains the same cognitive muscles we rely on when we’re navigating complex tasks, untangling overwhelm, or finding new routes through tricky situations. It’s a festive craft session, and a subtle rehearsal for broader creative resilience.
