About the event
Themed creative peer support sessions led by Amabel and Zaphira, where you can explore strategies to support your neurodivergent experience and belonging.
All materials are supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own along too.
In Septembers session we will be exploring Containment & Boundaries: Illustrating and owning our overwhelming thoughts.
Focus: Externalising overwhelming thoughts into a contained space, or learning how we set boundaries, Creative practice prompts: Creating small story boxes, or bordered artwork illustrating or relating to what makes us feel seen yet safe.
